TAC Film for Optical Lenses
Cellulose Triacetate Films (TAC or CTA) are noted for the wide range and versatility of their chemical and physical properties. IPI GmbH started the introduction and development of TAC films into the Polarized Sunglass market and completely substituted and eliminated the CAB (cellulose aceto butyrate). IPI GmbH offers exclusive development of functional Sunglass TAC film, and currently produces approximately 65 different varieties.
